Every night for my entire pregnancy, as soon as I was in bed and closing my eyes, I would be sitting in an office chair with my cat in a box in my lap travelling through darkness.
When we arrived at our destination, it was a completely different world. There were colours I could never imagine, the buildings were very different and the ceilings were very low. The entire landscape was completely different than anything here in earth. When I arrived, I would go into my apartment, drop off my cat, change my clothes, and go off to work.
I walked to work and entered a building through an opening kind of like going into an underground parking garage but different at the same time.
I worked with children there, doing various physiotherapy type things. My daughter is now 10 and she resembles one of the children I was working with.
According to the doctors, I was to abort my pregnancy because she had a large blockage in her airway. There wasn’t any information in any medical text books except a paragraph describing the blockage, no baby had survived the pregnancy with such a thick blockage. I refused to abort. They did a procedure in my belly at 26 weeks, she was born at 29 weeks - they gave her a tracheostomy right away. She had an operation at 11 months to remove the blockage and through the experimental procedures four other babies that we know of have been born.
Through that whole time, I knew, just as I knew the grass was green and the sky is blue (in this world) that my baby was going to be just fine. Doctors were worried that I didn’t grasp the seriousness of the 50/50 chance my baby was going to survive - I knew she would be just fine - she is now 10 and is the coolest kid!!!
Sorry, this is so long…

About 10 years ago I tried this. I practiced it multiple times a day for about 3 years. It got to the point where I could put myself in a state of sleep paralysis and then lucid dream almost at will. One night I tried to remote view Mars and any living thing that's on it. I ended up seeing two creatures sitting on a rocky bluff, I was surprised because the sky was blue and the ground wasn't as deep red as they show in the pictures. They where humanoid shaped. One was sitting and one was standing up and brushing something off his knees. They both look like they were shrouded in some kind of blackish red armor or space suit. It was hard to make out any discernible features, But the one that stood up looked at the other one like he was saying something, then the other one stood up and they both started walking away. One was carrying something in his hand but I couldn't tell what it was. Always questioned if this was my imagination or not but it wasn't until a couple years later that I saw a true picture of Mars and it showed a blue sky, not the deep red orange filter that we always see. I always wondered about that.

I remember every single dream and I rarely do not dream. Dreams are a portal to another “reality”. I also have dreams over the years that are linked and continue. Time is also progressive in dreams. I can read and write in my dreams too.

Was looking for something in my house. Could not remember where I put it. Before going to sleep I set a clear intention that my dreams would tell me where it was and they did! I dreamt clearly about the object and where it was (in a certain box in the basement). In the morning I went there right away and the object was in fact in that very box!

I have been using a very similar technique to "re-live" things I have done. There is a big difference between just remembering something vs re-living it. You will actually be there again, and when that happens, you will see everything, as you did then. Every sight you saw then, you will experience again. And its not just limited to what you saw, because you are now there, you are seeing what you thought at that time as well. Its not easy, it does take practice. And it doesn't all open up at once, you have to craft the skill, and little by little you will be amazed at where you can go.

Only after you read Kalen Junior’s book, who is a former 33rd degree Mason, will you truly understand how to manifest your desired reality—and btw, thank me later.

About 6 months ago I started writing down my dreams through the night, as I got up in the night. I also started listening to Hemi-Sync music from YouTube which is supposed to balance the brain. At that time I started remembering my dreams even the ones I didn't write down. Depends on how much hemi-sync music I listen to before bedtime. It only take about 10 or 15 minutes of it. Now I'm discovering that my brain is generally working better, and specifically my competitive scrabble has gone to new heights.

When I was a child I would constantly have dreams of specific events or people, and in my waking life experience those events or people days later. For a decade of my young life I experienced this, I would say from about 4 years of age until 14 years old. Most of these events were insignificant and not life altering, however it was deeply life changing for me, in the sense that it convinced me theres a method to seeing past the veil of our reality. Enabling us to tap into a deeper level of consciousness with the capacity to see time as a plane. I have a strong belief that it is easier for children to access this ability as their minds are not bombarded with the responsibility of an adult, and many of life’s experiences are yet to occur for them. I think this is directly tied to one of the reasons parents compare and reference their child’s mind to a sponge, and their ability to absorb soo much. I truly believe we have yet to access the endless possibilities by way of using the mind as a gateway, and not just a hard drive.

As a certified genius and MENSA member… I’m not saying this guy is right or wrong about anything… but IQ is simply processing power. It doesn’t magically allow you to know things or grant you any insights, in and of itself.

I slept like this all my life. I was always conscious in my dreams. I have the ability to remember my dreams like if they were their own individual days. Think about it. In the same I can recall days I can recall dreams. The colors, the events, the words, the sounds and tones, its all there. Often I would have dreams that would predict future events. Not in a rough sense in a very detailed and vivid way almost as if I live it twice. I would catch myself from time to time, hearing the same words and event occurring in life as I experienced in dreams. I would often say, I have seen this before or I know what's going to occur next. Once I do the next events are either the same or similar to what it was within my dream. The timing is random though, sometimes I would dream about a future event and it would happen months later or sometimes the next day. One thing that remains is my freak memory ability to always recall it regardless of the time that has passed.

If you have any questions please ask me. This is just the gist of what occurs. If you want to understand further I encourage discussion.

I had night terrors as a child and in what was an attempt of my mind to give me a way out of them I had my first lucid dream at age six. By the time I was in my twenties I was having them every single night. Sometimes I would try to manipulate my environment and do things like make objects appear and disappear but mostly I just flew around. It's such an incredible feeling to be liberated from the grasp of gravity.

One night during a lucid dream I saw a star descend to earth and land at my feet. It turned into what looked like a gnome, about two feet tall, white beard, blue suit and pointy red hat. It looked at me and said "You're not supposed to be doing this." I thought it was just part of the dream so I think I kicked it or hit it, but I know I didn't speak to it and just took off flying again. After that night the lucid dreams pretty much stopped. I'll have maybe one or two a year but I either can't maintain lucidity or I immediately wake up once I know I'm dreaming.

It never occurred to me to remain lucid but just observe what was happening. If I have another and can stay lucid I'll try just "listening" to the dream without trying to interfere with it and make the dream world bend to my will..

The concept of being "fully conscious" while sleeping is complex and can depend on what you mean by consciousness and the state of sleep. Here are a few relevant points:

1. **Lucid Dreaming**: In this state, a person is aware that they are dreaming and might even be able to control the dream. While the individual is asleep, they maintain a level of consciousness about their surroundings and the fact that they are dreaming.

2. **Sleep Stages**: During different stages of sleep, particularly REM sleep, brain activity resembles that of wakefulness. However, the body is typically paralyzed, which prevents movement.

3. **Sleep Disorders**: Some conditions, like sleepwalking or night terrors, can involve episodes where individuals appear to be awake or conscious, but they are not fully aware of their actions or surroundings.

4. **Awake but Resting**: There are practices such as yoga nidra or certain forms of meditation that can lead to a state of deep relaxation that feels like sleep, but the individual remains aware and conscious.

In summary, while you cannot be fully conscious in the same way as when awake, certain altered states of sleep, like lucid dreaming or deep meditation, can provide a semblance of consciousness during sleep. 🙏

Honestly, I don't really want to know all that. I'm just really tired and want to rest.

Had a dream a few weeks ago where I was aware, in a restaurant in California eating the best seafood ever at the beach. Never been to CA before irl but felt it completely real, except I was a teenager-about 20 yrs younger. All of a sudden, I was told to go in a room in the restaurant and there were about 10 others there. They asked me how I got there and said they all knew they were dreaming too but asked me how old I felt. I said 16 years old now but I feel a lot older. lol Then all these people were talking about about being a different age than they felt in the dream. Was extra strange because it felt kinda like a shared lucid dream with strangers.
