2:26. Remember when you write the symbol of infinity without the sign it should be positive or negative. You have to specify the sign in every case for this symbol differently to positive numbers (+2=2, oo is different from +oo)

Thanks for the shout out from Singapore. I did not rewatch the video but if I follow your question you would be correct, you do not include zeros of the denominator. The function is undefined when the denominator is zero and a graph would show a vertical asymptote. zeros of the numerator are included if the inequality is less/greater than or equal because these are zeros of the graph.

Hi i think there is a mistake in 4:03 because -×-×+ == positive not negative so between -2 and -1 it should be positive, please correct me if i am wrong
