I always think, that struggling with that uncompetitive Williams car and pushing it into its limits helped Russell enormously.
Unlike in a dominant car, where 90% effort can be enough, during 3 years Russell learned to push for 100% and he really made it.

Absolutely love how Fernando is behaving since he came back. I always liked his driving but I wasn't a big fan of his personality but now, he's completely won me over. So awesome to see him being proud of Russel.
