I could never easily afford children, so i never had them. On purpose, i never had kids. I'm 54 now, and i am good. ❤ my husband is good too. We have 5 cats inside, thats enuff responsibility and stress.

Having children or no has nothing to do with happiness. Not sure where he's going with this. If it's another way to bring women down and prop up men. Will women fall for this BS or accept it. I hope women don't we deserve whatever we want in life

Says the bitter man who looks miserable himself. These men that say these things are usually projecting their own fears. How about next time we get an interview with his wife and kids, if he has them. It would be interesting to know how happy they are.

With so many married women complaining that they are married and single at the same time because they are struggling to take care of their children and man-child husbands, you would think the best way to encourage families is to encourage more support for women so they don't feel like they are raising children on their own while being married.

the studies actually show that women who do not marry and do not have children are happier and live longer, while men who marry and have children are happier and live longer. this is the cultural result of marriage benefiting men more than women...and women who are married and have children young without financial and emotional resources to raise children, either with a less than equal partner or on their own, struggle day to day and are deeply miserable.
If men stepped up to the plate e.g. if brad had not run away with a seductive mistress Jen and other women would have happily had children in a safe and secure marriage (even if not biological, then adoptive). in kamalas case if she had met a man who supported her as an equal partner during her childbearing years she probably would have had children.
further, people who choose to not have children outside of a stable and supportive marriage often do so FOR the benefit of future generations. Just because someone doesn't have children does not mean they cannot care for the future of humanity. Equally just because someone has children does not mean they are selfless and able to care about future generations.
Vance is selfish and self indulgent, he is a narcissist and not able to experience empathy for anyone.

I am a mother and while I love my son, I honestly can't say I am happier now. Some women and men are happier with children but not everyone is. I have no shame is saying I loved my life before kids. Loved it.

Then I was raped by another woman along with a man. Because of all these violations. My uterus was damaged. The gynecologist told me that I was going to have a lot of problems getting pregnant, I never had a pregnancy, I never had an abortion. And I never had an abortion. I started to have very heavy bleeding and they had to operate on me urgently in a hospital in Miami to be able to remove my uterus because my uterus was killing me. My uterus had been completely damaged and no longer functioned. I was no longer doing the contractions to stop the bleeding. My anemia was at 7. They had to give me a blood transfusion because otherwise they couldn't operate on me because I was dying. So it's not fair, sir, for you to say that women who don't have children are cats. It is a lack of respect because if I had wanted to have something in life, of course I would have wanted to have a baby. What woman maybe doesn't want a baby? I would have wanted to have a baby.
