Retuning your DAB radio in Ford SYNC 3

How to retune your radio in Ford Sync 3, for Fiesta, Focus, Puma, Ecosport, Mondeo, Kuga, S-Max, Galaxy, Tourneo and Transit.

That's not retuning though is it - that is setting a preset. How do you tune the DAB to find more stations? TImes Radio for example is a new station but does not appear on the list.

Thank you Cuff Miller. Didn't realise you needed to use Latex gloves when tuning the radio - that's where I'm going wrong.
I have to say I find the whole subject of DAB, a little mystifying - what with all the Blocks and all.
FM tuning (may not have the range of stations) but is more straight forward, isn't it ? You're given three numbers, one decimal point - that's it. Am I right in thinking that DAB tuning is a regional thing ? You might be tuned in at Littlehampton on sea, but, en route to John O'Groats you will lose that tuning and have to re tune?

Hi, when I press stations I get a message saying "no stations found" what am I doing wrong?
