Reheat #CILICANT Silica Gel Desiccant Beads

In this video, we will try to understand how to reheat and reuse CILICANT Silica Gel Beads. When Blue Silica Gel beads change to Pink, orange silica gel beads to green, you know it’s time to reheat. White silica gel beads do not change its color. If you are using a Microwave oven, take the beads in a microwave-safe container and heat it for 2 to 3 minutes. Take out the containers, mix the beads again and Reheat for another 2 to 3 minutes. The white silica gel beads rejuvenate, Green beads change back to Orange and Pink beads change to blue. If you are using a convection oven, use a convection oven-safe container and heat the silica gel desiccant beads for 30 minutes at 110 degrees Centigrade. Take out the containers, mix the beads and repeat again. The Green beads change back to Orange, white beads rejuvenate and Pink beads change to blue. You can put the silica gel desiccant beads back to the boxes and it’s ready for reuse.

Just a caution, the silica gel which changes color from blue to pink shouldn’t be mixed with any food related items as it contains a toxic compound. White silica gel is food safe

Hello, I use silica gel beads packed in paper sachets. So, can I directly put the packets in microwave for heating? Also, for solo microwave oven, at what temparature should I heat them & for how much time? You haven't mentioned the temparature for solo oven in this video.
