What is Judgment?
- It is the ADJUDICATION by the court that the accused is guilty or not guilty of the offense charged and the imposition on him

What are the Contents of the Judgment?

1. The legal qualification of the offense
2. Participation of the accused in the offense. Principal, accomplice, or accessory.
3. The penalty imposed
4. The civil liability or damages

If the evidence of the prosecution failed to prove the guilt or merely failed to prove his guilt

When does Judgment Become Final?
1. After the lapse of the period for perfecting an appeal
2. When the sentence has been partially or otally served or satisfied
3. When the accused has waived in writing his right to appeal
4. Has applied for probation

Good day sir.
The most captivating part of the discussion is when does judgment become final . Which is una, kapag tapos na ang labing limang araw para umapila.(ang apila ay umaabot lang hnggang 15 days, pero kpang ang panlabing limang araw ay pumatak ng sabado, linggo or holiday pwede pa maextend ng isang araw.)
The second one is when the sentence has been partially or totally satisfied or served. Pangatlo, kapag nagwaive ng kanyang karapatan in writing to appeal . And the last one kapag nagapply na ng probation ung akusado .
