OpenAI is moving too fast and even if sam altman was so charismatic that the employees love him so much it doesnt mean he really thinks about the problems he is creating. Do you think google couldnt release a chat like that? Of course they can. But even though bard can be published its still in testing because there is a responsibility that comes with it. Poeple will make life decisions based of things they see in chat gpt or bard and its too big of a risk to launch something so unreliable.
