Ingredients:
Cheese 300 g (10.5 oz)
Flour 160 g (5.5 oz)
Milk 200 ml (7 fl oz)
1 egg
0.5 salt
1 tsp baking powder
In a deep bowl, beat the egg with salt
Add milk and beat again
Gradually add flour with baking powder. Mix well
Finally, add the cheese and knead evenly.
Heat a frying pan with butter or regular oil. Pour the dough and smooth it out
Cook covered over medium heat for 7-10 minutes on each side.
