Very good advice and I can confirm as a tablet player for 4 years now I used the same area for 2 years didn’t see any improvement then I decided one day to play around until it felt right and I started improving again so yes this advice is good and I can confirm this is the right way to go with using tablet 👍

Some good advice is to frequently change your tablet area when you get bored so you don’t get bored AND you will be able to adapt to different areas much quicker (i.e. you can adapt to your friends’ areas after 2 maps aka the Vaxei method). As long as you keep aspect ratio, then it’s fine.

I got very lucky because I found my area in 1 day, my grip is my writing grip and everything is just perfect.

Played tablet since sep 2019. My first style on tablet was 60mm horizontal with a 1.777... : 1 ratio and hovered. Tried drag but ended up still hovering (I drag on spinners now). Tried 80mm horizontal and still do. Tried full area but switched back to 80mm. Now I have 80mm and hover. I hope that proved insightful. He is right, you will be least informed when you first start and you will figure out what is best for you.

Yeah idk because ive stuck to day one tablet area for so long now that I'm far to scared to change it at all, I play with a tiny square area for not knowing this not a common tablet area. I refuse to change my area for the time being not making any adjustments as of now
