I’ll start by telling you I am blind and most videos on YouTube do not include any descriptions that I can read usually they’re just playing music. your cooking videos are well described with measurements and everything else you would need to prepare it directly from the video. you have quickly became one of my favorites on YouTube for cooking videos. all of your dishes are fabulous. when I cannot find anything that I can think of to make, I always look for Catherine’s ideas to help me out. When you were talking about it being early in the morning, I thought about my sister cooking pork chops for breakfast!😋 She makes skillet potatoes and fried eggs to go with the pork chops and it's a wonderful breakfast!🍳
We love sweet potato with pork chops and that would be a great addition to the crockpot!😚

Love pork chops, fried, breaded, Parmesan, German, Hawaiian, peanut butter and now these. Pork chops are my favorite. I find you can use most chicken recipes and substitute pork chops. They must be Center cut or ribeye however. I don’t care for loin cut nor pork steaks. I also like pork chops with hominy in mushroom soup gravy. Grilled pork chops which are super thick are absolutely delicious. Looks absolutely delicious, Catherine.
