Ben you gotta keep a paint booth somewhere at your shop. Offsite painting means: truck+trailer loading, hauling, unloading, painting, loading, hauling, unload. All with tires, brakes, and extra risk. You've already gone this far, as a shop owner save yourself the risk & headache and do yourself a favor and save some money by building the booth. You're blessed to have access to Pops shop who has it all, and now yours should too!

French drain along the concrete pad in front of the shop. Rent a trencher, sink perforated PVC pipe, cover with crushed gravel, and a thin layer of old soil on top. Just divert into one of those fields.

Put steel racks on the windows. Your going to have lots of expensive tools/ merch/ electronics and other things. Get a good security camera as well since people can see why you have in there. A couple rotties also to help deter anyone spying in.

I watched this video yesterday... liked it, but had no time to comment....but I do now. I recall the first time you came across my radar....straightening frames and what-not for Goonzsquad....and now look! I'm so proud of you and young men LIKE you. I have 2 sons and a grandson about your age, and I'm so comfortable with the next generation that produces the young men of today. The critics of young people should subscribe to your channel and others, to see hard workers like you. Seeing your growth and achievement with you new shop is cause for ME to celebrate....thanks for the journey thus far.

The white on top with 3'-4' of the grey will work fine. I do agree with the side room being a paint booth so you don't have to wait or depend on another one somewhere else that you have to tow a car or truck to, but that is ultimately your decision. The floor needs chemicals along with a pressure washing brush to get that floor super clean in case you want to paint it or coat it a light grey or silver. Those hex lights are a good idea as well (all LED is the way to go). Keep grinding man, looking forward to seeing these future builds.
