ESO - Lazy Tank dies, DARK SOUL RISES! - PVE Templar Tank Build

Did Zenimax Online Studios finally KILL the Lazy Tank (pve templar tank build) with the AOE taunt nerf in The Elder Scrolls Online?

NOT A CHANCE! This build has been REVIVED! While the Lazy tank dies, the Dark Soul RISES!!
The changes to AOE taunt were due to an oversight, they never fully intended to allow it to happen. So some of the functionality of the setup went down the drain. However in doing so they altered the set to make it function REALLY well with a side bonus at the same time as removing some of the design constraints on the build. Allowing for adaptation, change and an all round BETTER build!

This now has PVE Templar Tank build now has SO much more survival AND it can actually help support damage in ALL PVE content and most of all is solid VIABLE option for the Infinite Archive without the need for a "unique" build! This can jump from one type of content to another with EASE and still applies the problem solving FIX to the current lack of class immobilization!

You tank harder and hit harder, WIN WIN!!

I am definitely going to try out the BRP DW back-bar. Post Tormentor nerf, I've been running a build that is basically the same as this, except with Vateshran tank weps on the back-bar, to alternate the pull-in CDs. And, while that does make for a blazing fast pack-to-pack dungeon build, I have found it to be a bit excessive. Meaning, I rarely find that I actually need access to a pull-in that's off-CD _that_ frequently. Because, if DPS is high enough to merit it, trash agro is kind of a non-issue anyway. Thanks for suggesting BRP DW back-bar. That looks really fun!

I was looking for a build that would work for my WW tank when not in WW form, and this fits perfectly. Ironically, Tormentor/Rush of Agony is the exact setup I use for WW since Tormentor is the only way to taunt as WW.
Love all the in depth explanations of how the various skills, passives, etc. work together.

Can any other weapon setup or 1 hand combo in place of BRP weapons? Or is it going to lower the stats of the build so much it makes the build not worth it?

I followed this build just because I love the templar tank. I was using a site that calculates states based on the gear inputs, CP etc. Without minor resolve, I am falling short of the 33k resistances even when substituting bulwark for reaving blows. My character is argonian which contributes but figured with bulwark I could make up the difference. Not sure where I'm going wrong here.

First of all, thanks for the video! Question: Is this a newbie friendly build, and can I go with this one while farming for gear and all other content? All other builds are going with ice staff, which really doesn't fit my style.
