Due to the current economical condition and your constant threats on my person and my livelihood due the fact that I'm unable to pay my bill at this time, no I do not receive public assistance nor would I if I was eligible, my money is private, I don't have to disclose it to any government or corporation. A while back wivb channel 4 News reported nysc had in unpaid bills due to the Christmas blizzard, I'm sure national grit is no different, and how much of that of those unpaid bills are late fees and penalties, we the people demand a audit and if anyone shows up to shut off my electric for non payment, I'm calling and national guard in Armed forces for an order of protection against your threats, I'm relaying my message do this comment due to the fact I am not talking to no recording nor am I sharing any of my private information with any corporations, don't worry I'm not spreading my message online but on the ground and in private
