Oh man, this happened once, my friend forgot to log out and it was a new banner the next day. I remembered I was saving for the character after Cynos' first banner, anyway my friend pulls for anyone, so he spent all my fates thinking it was his account, did the trials and everything, when I logged in that day I found none of the red dots and my fates were gone too, I got so frustrated and angry I couldn't even react 😭
