Thank you for waking me up to seeing my advantages in pursuing radiologic technology today. You’re right, people had it harder without social media when it comes to the abundance of information we have now.

QUESTION: How do you deal with the constant LOUD SOUNDS coming from the MRI machine ? Can you hear these sounds in the Control Room ? Do these sounds wear on your nerves over time, or do you just adjust and get used to the sounds over time ??

It's crazy, I found out about it by accompanying a friend to the hospital, it changed mine and my children's lives, we're the least respected because people think we simply take pictures 😂😂😂

QUESTION: This is what I am searching for: Does anyone know of a BOOK that has been written about the personal experiences in the life of a Radiology Technologist, CT Tech, or MRI Tech, working in their profession ? I checked on Amazon, and couldn't find anything. I am looking for a personal life experience working in the profession book, not a text book about the profession.

There are books that have been written by nurses about their personal experiences working as a nurse. I found a single book about this topic written by a surgical technologist. But nothing has been written by a Rad Tech, CT Tech or MRI Tech.

If YOU or anyone knows of such a book, please respond. Thank you.

Someone needs to write such a book.
