Dear Jason, there is a mistake in your SIL Level vs PFD avg table at 8:57. HIGHER SIL values have corresponding LOWER PFD avg values. Please check it. Good luck

Please verify the left hand table at 8:50 as i believe the SIL levels are reversed. The right table appears correct.
