Fun fact, the Argo's mast was actually magical, it could communicate and was even able to tell some minor prophecies. This is because it was cut out of wood from trees of the grove of Dodona, an entire grove of sacred trees that would make the passing winds howl out prophecies.

Heracles was actually on the Argo as part of Jason’s crew to get the Golden Fleece in Greek mythology

Based on the legends, Heracles (assuming he was real) is believed to have been born about a century before the battle of Troy, making the Achilles comment from Phil anachronistic.
