I have uninstalled Zomato, Swiggy, Instagram, restricted YouTube screen time to 1Hr/day and within 1 week I could see the change in my life. Now I can spend time with family. Focus and productivity increased. Doing exercise daily.

HEY, Guy's just here to share something with everyone just last year in march i lost my friend we were roommates, In 2020 i joined the college at them i was good in shape and was having good eating habits but as soon as i came to 2nd year i left my hostel and rented a flat near the college and from then i started to eat everything unhealthy with no proper timmings and my sleep schedule was fucked up as well.But for me and my mate it was a fun thing to do we use to eat anything, just sleep, no workout, no proper sleep. This kept on happening till last year when we went for a break to our home, then i tried calling my friend for 3-4 days to ask him when he is going to be back and suddenly after trying so much i called his brother he was literally crying and replied me that he is no more he got an heart attack and the reason was just because of obesity, so from that day i promised my self with proper eating habbits and following healthy lifestyle right now I'm 182cm with 79 kgs of weight but lost a friend so please focus on your health guy's it's literally a serious issue...

I reduce 13 kgs in last 4 months.. Just avoiding junk food and relying only homemade food & portion control.

Also we can see the example of Singapore, where they have introduced a system in which companies need to show grade on product which contains sugar
.
There is a need to introduce multiple steps in India to make people aware about health crisis and choose wisely any product for consumption.

Jus calculated my BMI, it's 23.4 ( normal ) 🙂 ... I have started to go to gym since 2 months , evening walks and i avoid junk food, sugar and oil to a good extent.
