The FIRST THING these OFFICERS should have done was to tell the code enforcement "officer" to step down, The second thing the police should have done was te advise the code officer that if he continued to block Sean's way, he'd be arrested for harassment.

Follow up to my complaint - Ryan Murphy said that Fajardo is no longer employed with the Town. I find it hard to believe and will call the Town next week to see if he was really terminated.

My city had a sign-in sheet but people were putting down fake names. So the city made a law that we had to show our ID and sign-in. We told the city on facebook that it is not legal. Within days, the sign-in sheet was gone because they found out the constitution still applies to Americans.
