I believe this was the moment that Bryce truly knew and felt what he did. Before he thought he didn’t do anything wrong. But hearing her pain made it real. This broke him to be better but he knew it didn’t excuse what he had done.

Bryce shouldn't have Rape Hannah or Jessica. He knew what he was doing, Bryce had a choice and he made that choice. He has to live with that guilt.

I see everyone here forgiving bryce but Honestly speaking there's no place for even a liitle bit of sympathy for him in my heart. He was a bad person. Ruined at least 3 to 4 lives.

What Bryce did to Hannah can never be taken back. HOWEVER, what I liked about season 3 was that it introduced a reality that most people don't like to accept (including myself) that everyone is a human being, and this includes criminals, ex-convicts, etc... (note: I think the writers did a great job making the show somewhat realistically bleak, i.e., s1 Hannah's depression and her progression to suicide, s2 Bryce, a rapist, gets away from jail, which is again an unfortunate, bleak reality of today). Now, I will say I don't hear a lot of stories of rapists ever trying to make up for their crimes, so in some sense, this case is a rare reality, but a reality nonetheless. I absolutely hated the fact that one of the protagonists literally murdered Bryce. But, I was willing to accept it if the writers of the show continued their realistic approach. BUT THEY DID NOT. S4 was absolutely horrible! Solely because the kids got away with fucking murder, specifically Alex and Jessica. And they fucking justified their killing and their coverup. Absolutely disgusting. Whether or not you liked Bryce by the end of S3, them justifying their murder does not change the fact that their actions were reprehensible and are equal to Bryce's crimes (at least the ones who actually committed the murder) if not more. Ugh, I'm sorry, but I really am so angry to see that happen.

Bryce is like the Dan Scott from One Tree Hill of this show. I believe parts of his redemption were genuine, but others just plain unforgivable. Tragic but realistic picture of humanity

We love you, Justin Prentiss. I’m sorry that fans of a show about suicide were telling you to take your actual life just because you played a bad guy, and just like the show teaches not to.
