The Vandal Kingdom was established on the conquered region of North Africa from the Romans.

It was a region occupied by East Germanic (or Slavic) tribes under King Gaiseric.
In this mod, the Vandals were not conquereed and was let to self rule until modern time sometimes under the Byzantine empire or the Ottomans, but later gained independence after the First World War.
