I've been teasing you with Thanksgiving recipes all week, but this is the main dish that should grace your vegan Thanksgiving table - vegan wellington with deliciously rich gravy. Duncan and I have made a recipe video to show you how to put it together. It always gets lots of compliments, it's full of flavour, contrasting textures and can be made gluten-free too. Enjoy!!
