You can use the t shirt sleeve as the eyes and you gotta disabled the collision and disabled the gravity

I prefer manually putting the web because I'm not gonna save it into a video anyway and for the eyes use a tshirt sleeve and disable collisions and parent ot to the head or attach it to the head and disable all wires
