Got my Fold 4 at launch and can't go back to a non-foldable. Camera is great, I rarely miss the 10x zoom from my S22 Ultra. I was using the Samsung case for a bit with the kick stand but it always felt so darn thick. About a month and a half ago I ordered a dbrand skin for it (for the grip on the back) and went caseless. I like the caseless feel so much better

I'm definitely looking forward to a wider cover screen on the fold 5. I've found that increasing the keyboard height on the cover screen dramatically increases my accuracy. So until Samsung gives us a wider cover screen hopefully in the next version, the fold 4 is my daily.

That second outside screen probably does work a lot better on the fold, than leaving the duo folded all the way open to use as a quick way to get to the phone. Duo for me is still very unreliable to turn back on in that mode. Keeps giving me the clock down the right side like it's in some kind of peek mode, and then the screen is unresponsive. I've learned not to use the duo in that mode any more, and I have to make myself try it again after each update.

I've had mine since August 26. It's a great and durable device. It has fallen out of my pocket while getting in my big rig, and still works flawlessly I'm looking forward to the pixel foldable device. I'd probably pick it up, because I love my pixel 7 pro.

Kept kickstand and bought a pen loop for s pen. Crease is a non issue for me too.

Appreciate your comments on the Fold 4. Software support has actually been surprisingly lacking. Verizon hasn't pushed a single update since the October security update. No android 13 either though presumably it's imminent.

Everyone is concerned about the crease, but I actually kinda like it. It feels like open book and it is especially fitting when reading e-books.

The T Mobile update last year killed my Fold 3, and I spent a while settling for a S21 Ultra. Great phone, but I NEED a multitasking phone. So happy to have the fold 4 coming this week.

Tablet mode with a Bluetooth controller and gamepass is the best mobile gaming experience I've ever had.
I've had a bug with keyboard not wanting to come up when trying to type in a text field while in split screen. It's mainly when I try to use SwiftKey, but I kinda hate Samsung keyboard because it's too short and tiny buttons on outside screen.
As for s pen and kickstand.... I bought the Samsung case with the two attachments for s pen and kick stand. Then I glued s pen attachment into the slot, and filed the kickstand down a bit and superglued it back of case. I now have both attachments on case and the kickstand works really well in different orientations. And it doesn't look att that bad.

Overall I'm always pretty impressed with the fold line. I've had every one of them. Still longing for my duo 2. But it became too much of a headache with bugs and unresponsiveness after 12l, so for now I'm really enjoying this phone.

I have been with Apple since the original iPhone. I recently bought the galaxy fold 4 during the recent best buy sale. I am loving the fold 4 and android so far. Even more so after installing Niagara and swipe key. Only thing I miss from the iPhone is IMS. Everyone in my family has an iPhone and sharing videos without really bad compression is a struggle.

Think it is in home up and then in home screen where it changes into app list; what is annoying is the priority app list which cannot be disabled.

I used to switch phones every 3-4 months or so for years. Then I got the Fold 2... and have alternated between Surface Duo 2, Fold 3, Surface Duo 2, Fold 4 over the past few years. I'm incredibly bored with them and want something new but there is nothing out there... I can't go back to a regular phone so its pretty much just switching between the duo and the fold lines when I get bored. I can't wait until we have the pixel fold or some other brands out there. Would love an Oppo Find N size foldable. I use my fold 4 naked with just a D-brand. It's held up great despite flying out of my pocket like a boblsled 20+ times onto the hardwood floor.

Looks like this is going to be my only option. I was using a Mate 20x, it got axed by carrier, got a Note 20 ultra, it's too small. I may try this device but I'm a bricklayer and tough on devices, it would be the ultimate durability test. There is nothing on the market that can replace the Mate 20x, big, tough and runs like a champ.

It is a fantastic device before its inner screen breaks. Also, pretty soon you may expect the hinge to get stuck at around 170 degrees so it looks like a butterfly with bent wings. Then, if your warranty is current, the inner screen, and hinge get replaced to fix these issues.
