2017 HONDA CIVIC SI 1.5 TURBO HONDATA FLASHPRO

Hey viewers, check out my 2017 Honda Civic SI Sedan 1.5 Turbo! This car is completely stock with less than 500 miles. I went ahead and purchased a Hondata Flashpro and got it tuned.

We made an impressive 237 WHP and 266 Torque! Thanks to the custom dyno tune from Alfredo Morales aka "Derf Tuned". The car is a lot more fun to drive and the torque is very addicting.

Do these tunes to increase HP and torque make the engines much more like to fail catastrophically? What's the down side? Why dont they come out of the factory like this?

You should check out Vit Viper he's a tuner. He has his own ECU for the new Si, Ktuner. Also PRL Motorsports. Idk if you know any of them. They are doing good work with the new Si and starting on the Type R as well.

When you have flashpro hondata you can still tune it up?

That's amazing for stock, only thing is will it still remain reliable on that custom tune. Man I can only imagine when you add bolt ons and upgrade piping. Good stuff.

@mr.integra1991 thats the thing though you upgrade the clutch on that si bone stock with the tune it is making more then a focus st and it gets really close to a stage 1 mk7 gti dude you need to do your research all of us 10 gen si owners have owned 8th or 9th gen si's I owned a 8th si back when they came out and I loved that car but the fact is that pound for pound these new si's are way better and let me tell you with just a tune clutch and downpipe you are smoking a type r

Dang pretty low for 9lbs. Hondata advertises 27whp/40wtq for the 6psi. 15whp on urs is very very low please tell me thats peak n not midrange

With all do respect man, not very impressed. I love Honda's and have owned many but they really killed the new SI. Those are just depressing numbers. Good luck with the car.
