OBI-WAN: *Sees Luke approaching* Yeah uh sure no one else... ever.
DARTH VADER: Good *kills Obi Wan* Ha ha Master and now only like two or three Jedi hopefully remain.
GHOST OF OBI-WAN: *pops in* Yes sure there's no JEDI SURVIVOR *holds up game* Plug plug.
DARTH VADER : ... I hate this franchise so so much sometimes.

You know it's kind of vague if Vader actually killed Obi-won or if he dodged out of the way by becoming a force ghost. When I think about it, we kind of just assume that force ghosts can't re-materialize if you only go by the movies. This is going to be relevant in the next game.
