498A is an extremely misused law by so many cruel women. However i still believe that this law should remain. What about the innocent women from villages and small towns who really face mental and physical cruelty by in-laws and husband.

I believe counseling should be done to the wife before using 498A.

And lastly, the harsh reality of our society is that the women who are actually hurt by in-laws and husband do not go to court because of their innocence and the pressure of family image, lack of knowledge and all. And most cases of 498A are just misuse by Teir-1 city women during divorce cases. 😢

Both innocent men and women are cursed in this country. 😢😢😢
