I was wondering if I could use butter instead of using oil? I really want to grow some zucchini myself but mom said that since I'm the only one that likes zucchini that I better find a really easy way to cook it before even thinking about getting some zucchini seeds to start and I honestly really think that this recipe is probably one of the most easiest ones that I have seen so far so I'm really hopeful that she will finally let me go and buy some zucchini seeds!
