I was told I was weak. I am kind emotional. But my tears dry. This opinion got me so upset I said some hurtful things to someone. But hearing this 🎵 made me feel so proud of who I am. I've been working on my emotions growing up with my daughter who has autism, high on spectrum, epilepsy, seizure free 4 1/2 years. At least I am raising and still growing with her.

Love everything about this video including the music. To me there is no better reward than to help those in need especially during the pandemic. You never know what someone is going through. Random acts of kindness (saying hello or smiling to people in passing) goes a long way and costs nothing.

Kindness is not hard so long as you forget yourself in choosing what's right for the goodness from your heart no matter what happens, or what challenges you yourself may be facing.
