I have done a job I love for the last 26 years this year. My gross income was $43, 000 in 2023 I own my own home mortgage free because I bought what I could afford. I have never failed to put back into retirement every month. If you are debt-free, you can live a wonderful life on a small income. Relationships and experiences with people are what bring you joy. Nobody lies on their deathbed wishing they had owned more stuff.

George is spot on, don't answer the front door! If you have to knock, you're probably not welcome. 😂

My favorite episode so far! I love the graphics and the boomer comments by George at the end. "Go fund yourself!"

For the job question, the big factor is location and cost of living in area. If 50K gives you a struggling artist vibe and need a second job to make ends meet then ill take the job i hate, but if 50K can provide a low middle class lifestyle then i'll take the 50K job

Agree with student loans - definitely more empathy for them because I lived it more. However, my family did suffer from credit card debt, but it is a choice, I think people can choose to get out of credit card debt and change their lives, forgiving them likely wouldn't change people's choices to use credit cards.

I would never regret being guilted into giving to charity. If I give to charity it's because I can afford to set that money on fire and my mindset is that I basically set the money on fire and I never think about it again.

I'm single - definitely first class for the rest of my life. But agree - my mom gets upset when I get TSA precheck for being military and she has to wait in line, lol. I wind up waiting in line with her haha 🤣🤪

Would the Ramsey team rather pay everything on a credit card or donate $10 a month to a politician they disagree with?

Student loan debt vs CC debt? I’d be inquiring about a 3rd option - forgiving medical debt
