My two favourite tugs are the Svitzer Darwin and Svitzer Palmerston in Darwin .Australia .

You said tourists industry. At beginning of video. The amazing thing in the cruise ship industry now A days is the power system that the mega cruise ship use. The bow thrusting system and full rotation pods that new cruise ships have. They don't require a TUG assist when docking or leaving ports. They can do full rotation close to docks so both sides of cruise ship passage get full view of citys, or ice flow movement.

My nephew made his first trip as a member of a tugboat crew and was in New York Harbor on 09/11/2001.
