We use stress bubbles to show how many syllables there are in a word. 💬 The small bubbles are unstressed syllables, the big bubble is the stressed syllable.

For example:

-ique (tech → technique)
-aire (question → questionnaire)

Not correct. This is not a rule, but a tendency. There are many words that have a stressed prefix. For example: We'll get a fund. *(Noun prefix stressed).* They'll re us. *(Verb prefix unstressed).*
