Lou would definitely take this. Arnold is way too top heavy, Lou has a little bit smaller upper body but much more developed legs.

Arnold had something truthfully hard to explain, even though he's tall but not to the extent of being exposed to mistakes, he was an artist to posed and hid as much as he could his weaknesses, plus he was against all the legends back then such as Sergio Oliva and the rest, which commanded him really bad later on in life by having a lot of heart surgery, I think as he was trying to catch up with the best of the best in this sport.

This is a perfect example of why it’s so hard to compare the older bodybuilders to the new. Lou Ferrigno is an older bodybuilder and also a newer bodybuilder and you can see the difference that there’s new supplements and new training styles make. I’d like to think if Arnold had access to that and he was around now competing he would be off the charts.
