Marinas are always good in the winter and the rest of the year too really because they hold bait, provide cover and typically have quick depth changes somewhere in the area. People tend to drop brush piles around them also.

Some nice tips, but sadly I will have to wait until early Spring to try them. The waters I fish are too "hard" right now to fish.
