INCREDIBLE early charting single by Paul Simon. And you thought that his solo career started in the 70's!

Originally, Simon & Garfunkel recorded together as Tom & Jerry. Garfunkel was Tommy Graph. Starting in the mid-60's the duo decided to go with their real names, and the rest is history.

This single was released in November of 1962. It charted in Billboard on January 19, 1963 and peaked at #97 for two weeks. Meanwhile in Cashbox, the single never made the Top 100, only peaking at #119 in early February.

This is yet another song that should have charted much higher than it did.
