Good update but It’s not a total ban. Workers are allowed to opt for zero hours contract if they desire.

What are they saying about 60 days given to caters to find new employer, it’s so unfair to care workers considering their contribution to healthcare. Atleast 6months is fair

Thank God oh, my company refused me from going on maternity leave based on some circumstances, which they did not latter fulfil and at the same time did not pay me. I am so grateful and glad for the reform, God bless the the King and the new Government. I pray that the life span of the king would be elongated in good and sound Health. Question : I have been waiting for my administration review decision for more then 55 days and still I didn’t got it so when will I get it and is there any chance that this new government will give us administrative review Decisions quickly as the time is upto 6 to 12 months or more and last question is that I have applied for administrative review through a solicitor will I get the answer quickly ?

The Fire abd rehire practices Ive seen are subtle. A sign is put outside the building advertising for staff. Then they scout around foreighn agency for block booking staff all the while treating the present staff like cr*p so they conveniently leave.

it is the best plan that actually tackle the problem of unemployment. The employer make it hard for people to be in work with their mean and strict attitude towards employee. that's why they keep calling in people to come and work.
