I have been playing Stronghold since I was quite young, and still play the first Stronghold Crusader today (with some modding to make it more difficult), but this new stronghold just ain't it. It seems better than the last few, and I will probably buy it, but not for the release price, since it just isn't worth it to me.

Good review but that moment stood out negatively; call out racism and bigotry where it matters dude, don't harp on some harmless hammy voice-acting that plays with stereotypes.

In my opinion the UI is still shit compare to today's standard, just look at the font didn't match up with history kind of game, they are oldschool style, boring UI, no hating but the font is better for space shooter games. Im sorry firefly, you guys need to get another UI artist for your next game.

The truth is that I wanted to like this Game but cannot like it as it’s poor even Age of empires is poor ....we have total war games why to test baby games ....I used to play stronghold crusader the original which is the best for me as a child not an adult

If this game was mobile, wich it looks like, it still wouldve been average. Considering Stronhold crusader was years ago, there wont be any great game in such genre.
