This song was written in order to convey the traditional understanding of healing, which is not limited to the physical or to the medical sphere. A smile and the kindness it transmits can bring about healing. Our recognition of our common humanity and essential values even through the simple but profound sign of a smile can lift hearts and ease the burdens of life. ‘Healing’ was a hugely successful single released in 2010 and is featured on the album ‘Wherever You Are’ that was released the same year.

Recorded and filmed at the Dubai Opera on the 16th of December 2016, this concert explores traditions from over one thousand years of the cultural and sacred music of Andalusia, North Africa, Arabia, Khorasan (Greater Persia) and Asia. Sung in multiple languages (including English, Arabic, Persian, Urdu, Punjabi, Azeri), this exhilarating performance by the multi-instrumentalist, composer and renowned singer Sami Yusuf brings together world-class musicians from around the globe to take listeners on a musical journey of discovery.

O God, heal a full healing that doen't leave any sickness

* According to Hadith (Prophet saying) "تبسمك في وجه أخيك صدقة"
** This pray (dua) is used to heal someone including yourself

To be honest all the Arabic parts are generated from Prophet Mohammad sayings (Hadith)

Astonishing music. Sami Yusuf strengthens the continuity of traditional music through his work. This song is one of my favourites and has been amazingly remastered to be perfect for a live audience. I'm so glad Adante Records is publishing his concerts on youtube. I hope Mast Qalander in Dubai Live will be released.
