So true! I am bogged down with thinking, I am tired of I also try not to offend people with what I say, and am always SHOCKED every time other people are so out spoken in rude I'm like that's not fair, I would never do or say those Then again I also have libra mid heaven, and Mars in libra. I am quiet and it's hard for me to get my words out sometimes. I have to study my surroundings first and I constantly teach my daughter through direct communication. oh god, that is so true! i am always thinking, calculating, considering things. a simple question can send my mind into a frenzy. i was that student with the stack of flashcards, dotting all my i's and crossing my t's, and then going back to double check once more, and triple checking once again until it felt right. it was not OCD, as i'm actually a very sloppy and lazy person (venus in 5th). but when it comes to things i care about, it's borderline obsessive. i really struggled in grad school because of that as i didn't always have time to be that meticulous, so i had a lot of nervous energy. my mind is constantly making connections with the past and present. even something simple like the way a can is opened will make old memories and faces where i heard something similar flash across my mind. i get very nostalgic and started a blog to let out all that deadweight. that's also why i started trying to take up meditation to deal with the stress. lolol. my dad tells me to stop thinking so much.

I have all the planets retrograde except venus :D I have observed that I had a hard time aligning myself in childhood, everything used to be intense and I did use to overthink, but I feel that has helped me be mature than people around me and deeper in in terms of insights and analysis where most people struggle and quite good intuition. I have noticed that my mind just connects the information I don't even have to think and I know what will happen in future (not like a fortune teller) if a certain path is taken or if something happens I accurately judge what is going on, I do not know if it is because of retro mercury but it is a blessing. Now I am like this is I am, take it or leave it, most people don't get me but appriciate :D

my son has this...trying to understand him...he had to pushed...to learn how read, and he stuttered and only I could understand him...for his first 10 years..He DID show a tendency to be silent and careful about what he says, but he also shows an inflexibility of mind and he has an 8th house Mars which I think causes RASH decisions that cause sudden trauma..so he was right to be careful..but in the end...he did make rash decision that he had no right to make that caused destruction to our family, and he harmed his little sister with his arrogance, and rash I hope he thinks that one over...for the rest of his life..

This is spot om for me. My mercury is retrograding through my fifth house. Kids usually like to play or talk with me but I don’t have own kids. I also think about what I did wrong in the past to be better for the future. And I also think a lot before saying something. One time when I didn’t think much it made me loose my girlfriend so now I think about that situation a lot. I really don’t want it to happen again with future girlfriends so I am improving myself😊

Born w/ Mercury retro in Leo 4 degrees from the Sun pulling away. I was misunderstood by adults as a child so I gave or did symbolic acts and it was in their ball court if they understood or not and I went about my play. Intuition was everything to me. Mercury (R) in virgo 11th house.. It went retrograde the day before my birthday. Always feel like during the retrograde periods, I speak better, and I never had any problems with it... Except work contracts. Always go through what I said, no matter who I talked to. I remember every sentence and I go through how I responded and even their facial expression and reaction. I remember things from when I was a baby. Hard time remembering names, but I remember numbers. I forget titles and singers of songs, but I remember all the notes and the lyrics. Job interviews are my biggest challenge because I can’t just sit there and carefully think about what I’m going to say. Its ruining my life...I avoid interviews like the plague until I’m forced to have to just go and get it over with. Because of this, I tend to just accept the first offer and then end up hating where I work. Its a vicious cycle. Ugh!
