As a person who is from the CNMI, I am happy that the military is scaling back it's destructive training in our islands. Many people here in the CNMI do not want our islands to be used as training playgrounds. However knowing the military and their relentlessness, I am not surprised the military will try to be sneaky and do other kinds of training that can potentially be as harmful as their original plans.
