Awesome. To make it creamier, you can do 2 cups water to 1 cup soaked nuts. I also like to add vanilla creme stevia and some liquid sunflower lecithin, to make sure it doesn't separate.

Fantastic. SO much easier than I ever expected it to be. And the lesson on building the flavor complexity with a few simple extras... brilliant. I love it when healthy is fun and easy. I see plenty of opportunity for some creative experimenting with this!

Thank you James ~ I've been making nut milk for several years and never thought to put some lemon juice in!

I tried making nut milk.. I think I might have made mine too watery. But I ended up adding cinomin, nutmeg and a little vanilla extract. It tastes lovely in porridge.. I'll have to try it again.. Just with more nuts or less water.

THANKS A MILLION, cant wait to do that, I drink almond, rice milk as much as i can, I can try now to make it at home. Quick question, when I soak nuts overnight, they should be in the fridge overnight or it could be placed outside of the fridge while soaking? thanks again

Nice have been making almond milk now for about 2 years and have found ways to perfect the milk to where my whole family and those I work with love the taste.  (of course, I've never tried lemon or salt - interesting)   One thought - if you use your vitamix plunger consistently, try only using it for times you cannot get all your ingredients to blend and ONLY for the plunger in your vitamix ruins the vortex needed for great blending of all your a thought.    again - thanks for the video.

I've never tried lemon juice; how interesting! I'll give that a go, next time. Can't wait to taste the difference it makes. Thanks Russell.

I've tried before to make almond milk by another recipe but it was not so good as using your video. Thanks a lot for this recipe! Also by your recommendation i've got today Vitamix blender, and i'm so happy with this purchase. So thank's for this too!

Hi Elishevah, I'm sorry about that. Can you maybe try it again? It's purely down to Youtube on their site, which is normally pretty reliable, so I'm thinking it might be a temporary issue on their side.

Great video, thanks Russell. I've been experimenting with making yoghurt in jars in an Instant Pot. Most recipes call for soy milk, which I try to avoid. Do you think your almond milk will work? Thanks .
