This is ridiculous. As the Mobile Home Park Owner, I would be getting the land surveyed myself to protect my interests and the interests of my tenants who own their mobiles and rent the spaces. If the park owner is unwilling to do that, then I would sue him for the cost of my mobile and use that money to buy another one somewhere else.

There is adverse owner ship of the land that if land owner isn't willing to even willing to be decent .Remember
Adverse land owner ship.That fence is the land mark and if it has been there for years then the land owner does not own it anymore the fence is what makes the difference and became property line.

The realtor has to pay who sold the land to the park for misrepresentation. Why dont they just move the trailers onto the property owned by the park?

Or just let the tenants live there and when they move away then the land reverts to the rightful owner. It is not like they are going to live there for another 10 years.
