TIPS for Left Turn at Major Intersection || New Driver Tips by Ex-Driving Instructor || Driving Tips

In this video I share interesting tips on how to turn LEFT at major intersections. This video is for Beginner Drivers. Learning to make turns is one of the most difficult things to do in driving. A lot of my students used to have difficulty with turning until I taught them this method. After following these techniques, they mastered left turns. If you also want to master left turns then do give these techniques a try.

My driving test is today and this is one of the things I had trouble with during the course. When making a turn I'd brake too much or too long, or not accelerate fast enough and I'd end up nearly stopped in the middle of a turn. I needed this desperately 🙏🏽

Please Harminder,
Can you make a video on the waiting positions at major and minor intersections according to the number of cars ahead ?
For instances if the advanced green with less than a minute ( short duration) at an minor intersection, 1st car goes forward, where would the 2nd, 3rd cars positioned ( behind the stop line or on the pedestrian crossing ? Etc)
It can be confusing at the road test, if you don’t know how to commit to the intersection while being in the right position.

Thank you so much. I got my license in a small town in manitoba in 1996 and had my full license within 2 weeks. But I let it expire in about 2002 cuz I didn't think I would ever be able to drive Again.
Since I was on the prairies and a town of 2000 ppl, with only 1 controlled intersection.
Now here I am, after lots of driving experience before 16 even cuz it was farmville, amd a bit after 22, wanting to make sure I refresh on everything and learn everything new. You are clear with your instructions, and I hope your videos help me on my road test in a year. I have so many questions and so many things I thought I knew but was wrong and so much is new. Like 9 and 3. I was taught 10 and 2. That could have lost me points right there.

Can you imagine that my instructor trained me in my second lesson on a major intersection! And she yelled why are you shaking and slow😡 maybe because I’m afraid of that intersection even when I’m a passenger!!!!
