For those worried, Ahi is suppose to be rare like that. You can technically eat it raw too as sashimi or sushi but it's also really good cooked like this

Dan, love your seasoning I use it very often, original, spicy, and chipotle. The green top original really is very versatile, goes well with everything.

I was excited about the black top but unfortunately I don’t get much use out of it. I sometimes put it on a bagel with cream cheese but I have trouble finding everyday use. Still a good product that I enjoy having in my danos collection 😀

Betcha it's good on salmon with lemon juice ... you should make a more citrus based version for fish and I guess anything but mainly fish :)

For anybody reading this, do not use sesame oil as a binder because it burns at high temperatures which is funny because then he said he's a high temperature oil
