I bought the original and spicy Dan-o's 2 months ago after watching this guy for the past 2 years and all I can say is cheers to you Mr. Dan-o!
I'll continue to put your product on all my meals saying "here comes that trigger finger" or "pop pop" and "yum yum get you some" while my wife tells me I have a problem.

Best way to cook bacon is on a Foreman grill. 5 minutes and it's flat, cooked even, not submerged in its own oil, and hours saved not cleaning the oven.

People wanting the time and temp:

350°F for 20 min pr longer depending on how you like it. Don't flip. I wouldn't use the flour. I dont want chicken-fried bacon. The flour and Dan-Os just soaks up the grease and makes a crust, I would imagine.

I take bacon all the time and roll it in flour and fry it stops it from shrinking it's crispy

I would never trust a guy who says Perfect Bacon... Doesn't exist, bacon is perfect, crispy or raw.. and that is a bacon rule 😂😂

The best bacon is lay out 2 pounds on a sheet tray, add a about 2 tablespoons of water and about half a teaspoon of hickory liquid smoke. Sprinkle the top with allspice and fresh cracked black pepper. Bake 425 and flip halfway. Bacon comes out absolutely perfect with a deep intense bacon flavor. The pepper is just enough to balance the salt. The liquid smoke and allspice just enhance the natural flavor in there cranks it up.

The secret to making perfect bacon is a big pan and low heat. Low and slow. If the pan smokes to its to hot.
