Felt bad for Ding but have been rooting for Gukesh the whole time. There is so few times we get to see Gukesh's emotions on camera but when we do it shows us just how much it means to him. Deserving world champion but Ding too deserves to hold his head so very high.

Filled with so much drama and emotion, from the moment when the kid starts to realise there is a chance, but can’t believe it to when he sits down as the World Champion, after five minutes of drama! Watched it many times over...Gukesh lining up the pieces, crying tears of joy; saluting the board and God. And then getting up to exult!
