New study suggests there aren't enough blacks in top executive positions

The report comes as America is seeing fewer black CEOs of Fortune 500 companies. A former black CEO said there are plenty of qualified candidates out there for leadership positions.

What this video is basically saying is that there is a clear discrepancy between qualified African Americans for higher up jobs and the actual amount that have those jobs.

Stop trying to make it seem as if they are saying companies should take into account race when promoting. Rather, they say that there are clearly too many negative stigmas towards African Americans and dealing with those stigmas can eventually lead to an equal playing field in the workplace.

Also Let’s look at all professions. Why is the NFL and NBA predominantly black? They make great money. They got there with hard work and motivation from their adults in their life.

But also think about why there is more black rappers and black athletes than whites? Again they make great money... BUT it’s not equally split among races. How many Asian rappers are there? White? Same with athletes... Asian athletes in the NFL or NBA? Exactly.

It’s funny how we want equality when in fact it’s because we all have different skills. It’s not a bad thing...
