I was born legally blind in my right eye, with severe issues involving OCD and anxiety and a minor level of aspberger’s. Now I know they weren’t disabilities at all - they were exactly what was needed to steer me in a specific direction at a young age where I could be successful. Thank God for my “disabilities!”

I want to ask for your opinion on real estate. I have always been curious about the Canadian real estate market. Why is the average home in Montreal significant lower than the average home price in Toronto and Vancouver? I understand that a lot of real estate is about supply and demand. Is it a lack of demand or an oversupply? I have always found this fascinating because Montreal is a fun and cool city and is well populated so why is housing price so cheap compare to not only other big cities in Canada but also the rest of the world.
