Resubmission code is also called billed frequency.
For example
0 for non payment or Zero payment claim
1 for admit through discharge claim
2 for first interim claim
3 for second claim
4 for last or final claim
5 for late charge
7 for replacement of perior claim
8 for void or cancel claim

For institutional claim if calim has been corrected then resubmission code is needed TOB 137 will go with condition code and also in remarks CC should me appended CC stands for corrected claim

Hi Santosh, In CMS 1500 if we make any changes from box 1-13 I guess we should not send the corrected claim for this, Is this correct could you please help me with this.
